Buckhorn's Ben Smith sets national career wrestling record

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama -- Buckhorn senior Ben Smith set a Wrestling USA magazine national record with his 325th career victory at the Class 6A state tournament Friday at the Von Braun Center.

Smith set the AHSAA record for career wins earlier this season when he passed previous record holder Kyle Cuthbertson of Scottsboro’s 275 career wins.
